Partner Criteria

At IdentoGO by IDEMIA, we strive to partner with individuals and businesses that meet our standards for quality service. These entities must also share our vision for creating convenient, professional locations and a single source for accessing a wide range of identity-related products and services. Our goal is to be recognized for quality, convenience and a superior customer experience and all IdentoGO employees understand the promise of our enrollment centers and are committed to demonstrating what the brand stands for in every customer interaction. This is why establishing partners who see the opportunity IdentoGO Centers provide is so important.

There are criteria all partners must meet in order to comply with state and federal contracts. These criteria are outlined below and will be reviewed in detail with you by one of our professional Partner Coordinators. However, in addition to meeting all IdentoGO Center requirements, ideal partners have a vested interest in the enrollment and background check process, security, customer service and entrepreneurship.

Our customers include state and federal law enforcement agencies, teachers, adoptive and foster parents, and elder care and nursing home employees, among many others. Due to the number of applicants we serve, all IdentoGO Centers must maintain adequate staffing to handle the volume. All employees with access to fingerprint program information and equipment must pass a security assessment that includes criminal history check and drug screenings. Additionally, all center employees must be U.S. citizens who do not hold a dual citizenship.

Ideal partners will meet the following facility, staffing, and partner qualifications:


  • Easy to locate near main thoroughfares and public transportation
  • First floor or storefront positioning is preferred
  • Ample off-street parking for automobiles and semi-trailer trucks (semi-trailer truck parking only required for some programs)
  • Can devote a minimum 200 square feet of office space to the IdentoGO business
  • Safe, inviting environment that is clean and orderly with a comfortable waiting area
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant
  • Allows for secure equipment set-up, use, and storage
  • Affords applicants enough privacy to protect Personal Identifiable Information (PII)


  • Enough dedicated employees to successfully manage all required duties and applicant volume (expected volumes will be provided)
  • Adequate trained and vetted backup staff to be utilized as needed
  • U.S. citizens 
  • Can pass a criminal history check
  • Customer-focused and professional with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable, adaptive, and dependable
  • Uniformed and badged (as permitted)
  • Offer flexible hours of operation


  • Interested in establishing a mutually beneficial, long-term relationship with IdentoGO by IDEMIA
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintains successful relationships with their partners and customers
  • Interested in expanding their business beyond an initial Livescan program with IdentoGO by IDEMIA into additional retail
  • Has a passion for protecting the security of the American public
  • Maintains a professional image at all times, branding themselves, and by proxy IdentoGO by IDEMIA, as the leader in professional, secure identity and identity-related products and services
  • Embraces new technology and innovation
  • Committed to meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA)
